"Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama” for her role in Revolutionary Road. She looked elegant and feminine in her black dress and many agree that not only did she win Best Actress but they have dubbed her as "Best Dressed" too! However, when it comes to elective cosmetic surgery she says she is a "no go" because her husband would leave her. GoingPlastic.com, they wonder if Kate may have had some work done to her nose and possibly her eyes. From the pictures below, her nose on the left seems a little wider but it may just be that she looks heavier in the first picture. It could also be the different lighting and angle that the picture was taken....(or from the scalpel blade of a nasal surgeon that her hubby never heard about)!
